The assortment of 7 flavours of 1ltr Tetrapak will remain the same.
Maaza intends to adjust all flavours to a juice content of minimum 25% or higher
(f.i. banana and papaya).

Early May Maaza starts with 33cl PET in 5 flavors (Mango, Guava, Tropical,
Lychee, Fruit Punch), packed in trays of 24. Sometimes 50cl PET is considered
as too much and 25cl too little to consume. With 32% more content and only
appr. € 1.00 per tray higher then 25cl glass bottle this should be an excellent
base for high-volume sales. This price will enable you to create a very
competitive consumer price point.

In line with our 33cl PET line Maaza will launch a new concept: the Coconut Smoothie,
starting with Mango. Smoothies have become very popular over the last years, especially dairy (yoghurt or milk) based smoothies. Many consumers digest dairy products with difficulty (lactose-intolerant). Coconut milk based products are the ideal solution; it gives the mouth feel and smoothness of a dairy based smoothie without the lactose content.

Maaza will bring the 20cl Tetrapak slim in line with the current packaging design. 
This product is an easy-to-drink formulation for kids, who are the main consumers
of this pack size, by adapting both juice content and sugar content without using artificial sweeteners. This new version has 20% less sugars, has a wonderful taste,
which will remain stable during its shelf life.
